We offer both full and part time nannies, with an option of live-in or live-out.All of our nannies are pre-screened before we pair them with any of our families.We reject a large percent of our candidates to better insure quality childcare for your family.

Creative Nannies Background Check Bundle

Creative Nannies Placement Fee
Creative Nannies charges a onetime Placement fee when you decide to hire yournanny. The placement fee is 13% of the nannies annual salary based on a 52 week year. We recommend a one week trial period for both you and the nanny. During this week only the nanny is paid the agreed upon salary. If you choose to hire your nanny, payment will be due at that time.

Creative Nannies offers a 5 month guaranteed replacement period. If for any reason your employee is terminated or resigns, we will replace that person at no charge, as many times as necessary, within the 5 month period. We take pride in making our replacements a priority.
