You have 15 seconds to impress your customer on the web. If you are reading this then that means we have impressed you. Let us help you impress your customers. Please read through the terms of service and find out if we are the company for you! PAYMENT: We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal balances. All payments must be made in US dollars and should be payable in the US. 50% of the total cost is required for us to start work on your website. Upon approval of your design 25% of the total cost will be required. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of your website before it is made live or the files are released. HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE: Since each website is unique there is not an exact time frame from start to finish. The average website can take anywhere from a week to a month after we recieve all of the content and feedback from you. A delay in the process can occur if we have to wait on an approval of a mockup or change. We will always work as fast as you allow us. Turn around time is client-dependent. COMMUNICATION: All communication is through e-mail not phone, fax, postal mail, or in person. Once the design process begins you must be available via email. It is imparitive that you are able to answer questions and complete tasks daily, if needed. For most people it is easier to talk on the phone to accomplish what they need to accomplish. With web design it is easier to use email. Emailing back and forth is a great reference tool when a designer is designing and making changes. I work odd hours so email is the best reference to make sure everything is in order at anytime during the day or night. CREDIT AND USAGE: Every website created by Elite Depiction will include a small link back to Elite Depiction at the bottom of each page. This text link is to remain untouched for the life of the website. All graphics and images are intended to be kept whole, as given to you. All work completed by Elite Depiction may not be used by anyone else but the specific client and domain for which it was originally designed. LIABILITY: Any service purchased from Elite Depiction is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind that the web design project will be uninterrupted or error-free. Elite Depiction will never be liable to you or any third party, on any legal theory for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of the use of any Elite Depiction service, graphic or code, or the use of any hosting service, service provider, telecommunications carrier, internet servers, third party e-commerce programs, or your site visitor's computer or internet software, including, without limitation, service interruptions caused by Acts of God and/or Nature, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or otherwise, even if expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. We are also not liable for any special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this Web Design Project, failure of any service provider, of any telecommunications carrier, of the internet backbone, of any internet servers, your or your site visitor's computer or internet software. ATHORIZATION: As the client, you authorize Elite Depiction to install any scripts, software or programs relevant to the web design project and to access your website account through your hosting service panel and FTP.
